EO Gives Partners with Deeply Ingrained to Empower Youth Through the Trades

Indianapolis, Indiana – EO Advisors, through its charitable initiative EO Gives, is proud to support Deeply Ingrained, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth through hands-on woodworking and mentorship. This partnership reflects EO Gives’ ongoing mission to champion organizations that create access, opportunity, and lasting impact for underserved communities. 

Based in Indianapolis, Deeply Ingrained provides youth – particularly those from historically marginalized backgrounds – with transformative experiences in the skilled trades. Through its innovative woodworking programs, students learn valuable craftsmanship skills while building confidence, discipline, and purpose. 

At the heart of Deeply Ingrained’s model is mentorship. Participants are paired with experienced mentors who guide them not only in the workshop, but also in life – encouraging personal growth, goal setting, and accountability. The result is more than just a functional piece of furniture; it’s a foundation for future success.
