EO Advisors Welcomes Ed Murtha as a new Partner

EO Advisors is excited to announce that Ed Murtha has joined as a Partner of the firm. Based in suburban Philadelphia, Ed will help expand EO’s transaction expertise, sector knowledge and geographic reach.  

Prior to joining EO Advisors, Ed was a senior banker with Marks Baughan Securities where he advised growth stage software and tech-enabled services companies on M&A and capital raising transactions. After beginning his career as a management consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton’s Economic Business Analysis team, Ed joined the Recapitalization and Restructuring Groups of Imperial Capital and Gleacher & Co. in New York. Ed also spent time with EO Partner, Brian Mihelic, during their shared tenure at BCMS in New York.

Ed is a graduate of Lehigh University, where he received a B.S. in Finance and Economics.
