EO Gives Supports Five Star Life’s Mission to Equip the Next Generation of Leaders

Elkhart, Indiana – EO Advisors, through its charitable initiative EO Gives, is excited to announce its support of Five Star Life, a nonprofit dedicated to transforming student mindsets and helping young people build strong character, leadership skills, and long-term success. 

As part of this partnership, EO Gives is proud to contribute to the ongoing development of Five Star Life’s 350-acre leadership training facility in Union, Michigan. This immersive campus provides students with experiential learning opportunities that reinforce core values and cultivate confidence, resilience, and responsibility. 

Founded in 2005, Five Star Life began with a bold mission: to combat the national student dropout crisis – then claiming 7,000 students per school day. As noted by Condoleezza Rice at the time, the country was at risk of becoming a two-class society – divided between the educated and uneducated. Five Star Life rose to meet this challenge by focusing on the underlying cause: mindset. 

Backed by research, Five Star Life’s programming centers on the belief that mindset is the foundation of success. When students fail to value education, it often stems from a deeper struggle with self-worth. Five Star Life addresses these root issues by teaching young people to develop a winning mindset – grounded in five core values: Respect, Responsibility, Integrity, Sacrifice, and Courage. 

Through in-school programs, leadership coaching, and transformative outdoor experiences at its Summit campus, Five Star Life equips students with the tools, mentorship, and belief systems needed to thrive academically, socially, and personally.
